The Planets

In 2018, while walking the streets of Osaka I came across drummer 延命寺akaEmj and his bass player friend who were playing in a corner an insane drum&bass duet named グランバンド grunband. I offered EMJ to participate in this project, an intercontinental one also featuring Argentinian bass player Douglas Gonzalez Bethencourt, my brother in the low-end frequencies. The project was about arranging and recording “The Planets” by Gustav Holst in progressive rock style. Featuring drums, bass, drawbar organ and the synthesiser I constructed with my own hands!
